We are an exceptionally blessed organization so it’s nice to pay it forward and share our wonderful space and friendship with others. Yesterday, in conjunction with Ganga Prem Hospice, we hosted a picnic for children affected by cancer. Some have cancer, others have parents who have either passed away or have cancer. Several returned from last year’s picnic and are now part of our family. We played games, served lunch and aloo tikis, and then played some more. I am very proud how our children naturally include everyone and seamlessly stepped up for the occasion . We look forward to doing it again next year.
